Job Description

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Lead full lifecycle integration projects—from initiation and planning to execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, integration developers, BASIS teams, and external partners.
• Drive project governance, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Own the integration roadmap and architecture strategy aligned with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture.
• Ensure integration patterns are scalable, secure, and compliant with corporate standards.
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure proper documentation and cutover plans.
• Partner with business process owners to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure alignment between functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of SAP integration experience or Project Management for ERP integration engagements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management in a global, complex environment in a large enterprise
• Strong knowledge SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI/Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh) or SAP S/4HANA integration concepts (IDocs, OData, RFC/BAPI, SOAP/REST APIs) is highly preferred
